Teyseer Technology Services is the exclusive authorized service center in Qatar for all Dell hardware products under warranty. Our warranty support service acts as an essential component in providing a well-rounded IT solution package, which is a bedrock of any organization’s operations.

All Dell products come with warranty support that covers a 3-year period and is extendable to 5 years. Three months before the expiry date, customers will be contacted by DELL to extend their warranty support.

The warranty support service comes in three different tiers, with customers having the option to choose any one of the tiers when purchasing Dell products. Support tiers:

The reported issue along with any parts replacement will be resolved by NBD.

Mission Critical Support

Outside of business hours, the TEYSEER TECHNOLOGY SERVICES Support Team handles all support inquiries. 24/7 Support Plan holders may contact TEYSEER TECHNOLOGY SERVICES Technical Support using the central support email / engineer support with 4-hour mission critical support.
